‘Mohana’ – Yellow Hybrid Tea Rose

🧬 Origin & Traits

  • Bred by Rosen Tantau (Germany) in 2006, with breeder code Tan02068 (also sometimes listed as H77) .

  • Developed primarily as a cut rose, now also available as garden plants in places like India

  • Bloom Characteristics

  • Color: Bright sunny yellow, sometimes with delicate reddish veins along petal edges .

  • Form: Classic goblet‑shaped hybrid tea bloom around 12–14 cm diameter with 30–45 petals .

  • Presentation: Usually borne solitarily on tall, strong stems, ideal for exhibition or cutting

  • Vase Life: Known for long-lasting blooms—12–14 days in vase, widely used in floristry
