Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are free.
Order Processing: Order processing with 5 -7 business day You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from 7 to 10 business days after shipping. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues are beyond our control.
Business Days: Means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India or in the state where our office is located.
Packaging: Every product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the order rupees 200/- & processing charges will be deducted from the total amount you paid at time of placing order. All clients are responsible and are of full understanding that they have fully satisfied themselves about the quality and species of seedlings being booked or purchased.
- We recommend carefully reviewing your cart and shipping details before completing your purchase.
No Cancellation After Shipping:
- Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

Damages or Issues During Transit

While we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in excellent condition, damages during transit are rare but possible. If you encounter any issues:
